Acknowledgement that Jennifer and Frederick Lin "will claim no vested rights" if the Oak Grove development Planned Unit Development (PUD) "is set aside through the referendum process". This Acknowledgement  was sent to the City of Pleasanton with a letter dated August 5, 2008. Pleasanton's City Manager signed and delivered the Development Agreement after being ordered to  do so by Judge Frank Roesch on November 13, 2008.
